Made from a majority of Grenache, this rosé is most definitely a food wine. This wine displays a mineral character, with aromas of citrus, grenadine, and white fruits, perfect to accompany meaty fish dishes, exotic food or fruit based desserts.

Violetta, made from Syrah and Grenache, has notes of wild dark berries, bay leaf and citrus. The silky tannins make this a lovely wine to accompany mediterranean cuisine, country buffets or grilled meat dishes.
